Mécatron Labs
The Mechatronics & EV Conversion Laboratory
The Concept
Mécatron Labs is the physical and digital laboratory of your ecosystem, specializing in the deep technical conversion of traditional vehicles into high-performance electric machines. Working in tandem with Nanosmith the lab focuses on dismantling internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles to document every component for future reassembly and electric optimization.
The mission is to move beyond simple repairs by identifying structural patterns that allow for the mass conversion of bicycles and cars into electric versions with modular, insertable battery systems.
Core Capabilities
| Feature | Technical & Brand Implementation |
| Dismantling Lab | A step-by-step documentation system to dismantle any vehicle model, ensuring the process is perfectly repeatable for identical models. |
| AI-Powered CAD | Uses photogrammetry and AI tools to rapidly generate 3D models of every bolt, plate, and seal discovered during dismantling. |
| EV Conversion | Specializes in converting standard bicycles into e-bikes with interchangeable batteries and retrofitting ICE cars with electric drivetrains. |
| Pattern Recognition | Analyzes data from dismantling sessions to find optimal placements for batteries, transmission parts, and custom plates. |
| Hybrid Training | Uses simulations to train lower-qualified employees in virtual environments before they move to real-world hands-on conversion work. |
Technical Infrastructure & Support
- Battery Versatility: Supports integration for diverse battery chemistries, including lead-acid, nickel-metal hydride, lithium-ion, and one-time use batteries.
- Strategic Growth: Operations are designed to be cost-effective, using precise tools and dimensions from Nanosmith to scale the workforce through simulated training.
