Projet Asclepios
Customized Nutritional Logistics & Modular Packaging
The Concept
The Asclepios project is a specialized application designed for nutritionists to bridge the gap between precise dietary prescriptions and physical meal prep. It generates customized, 3D-printable or on-demand plastic containers featuring specific shapes and internal separations to meet the exact caloric and volumetric needs of a single client.
The system is optimized for a single-day cooking cycle where a week’s worth of meals is prepared and ordered simultaneously, utilizing disposable lids for maximum efficiency and hygiene.
Core Features
1. AI-Driven Modular Design (The Asclepios Box)
- Breaking Logic: Containers are designed as “breakable modules” (e.g., boite brisable 2).
- Microwave Optimization: The software generates a specific heating procedure where modules are separated during the process (e.g., remove one part after 60 seconds while continuing to cook the rest).
- Custom Geometry: AI calculates the necessary separations and container shapes based on the specific meal components.
2. Precision Rationing
- Biometric Integration: Rations are calculated based on age, gender, weight, and blood pressure.
- Observation-Based Analysis: Portions are refined through continuous analysis and direct observation of client progress.
3. Localized Production
- Montreal Hub: Designed to integrate with a food factory in the Montreal area.
- Preservation: Supports both refrigerated and frozen meal cycles.
- Third-Party Fulfillment: Built-in workflows to delegate the cooking to professional culinary tiers.
Asclepios V1.0
Active: Montreal HubStatus: Ration analysis complete based on Age/Weight/BP.
